Thank you for your interest in participating in our Oxygen Live TV/Bad Girls Super Fan event.  Oxygen will be choosing 100 Bad Girls Super Fan's to participate via Facebook and Twitter on OxygenLive.com during the broadcast of Bad Girls Club Miami   on August 3rd, 2010("Show").    If you are chosen and decide to participate, you are agreeing to follow certain rules and to allow us to use your tweets and posts and your personal information as part of the (Oxygen Live TV / Bad Girls Club Super Fan?) as explained.   These rules will also govern any other Oxygen Live Event that you participate in. YOU MUST BE OVER 18 TO PARTICIPATE.
 
-  You agree that you will watch the Bad Girls Club Miami from 9pm to 11pm EST or PST and that you will participate by posting your comments about the Show through Facebook or Twitter sign-in on OxygenLive.com.   If you are on the East Coast, you will post and tweet from 9-11PM EST, on the West Coast, from 9-11PM PST.   You understand that your posts and tweets should be about the Show, cast, or other comments made by other Super Fans during the Show.    If your posts or tweets are about any other topic, are profane, insulting or harassing or otherwise do not seem appropriate to Oxygen, Oxygen may suspend your Super Fan status and your posts and tweets will not appear on television or online.  
 
-  You understand that Oxygen may take your posts and tweets and broadcast them live (or with a slight delay) on Oxygen during the Show, and that they will also appear on Oxygenlive.com, the Bad Girls Club Official Facebook page, and the Bad Girls Club Official Twitter page.   Oxygen may shorten, edit or otherwise alter your posts and tweets to make them appropriate for broadcast during the Show.   Oxygen is not required to choose your posts and tweets for broadcast or on Oxygenlive.com.    Oxygen may also choose to post some or all of the posts and tweets on Oxygenlive.com, rebroadcast the Show multiple times with your posts or comments or make the Show available online or elsewhere.   Oxygen may also archive your posts and comments on Oxygenlive, so that they are permanently available. 
 
-  You have agreed to provide a current photo of yourself.    You understand this photo must be of you and must be a photo Oxygen can air during the Show and post online.   Oxygen may show your photo if we use your posts or tweets during the broadcast of the Show, and also may show your user name or other personal information about you that you make available as part of your posts or tweets.   You should not post or tweet anything about yourself you would not want to see broadcast on television. Oxygen has the right to crop the provided photo to fit within the specs needed for the airing of the photos.
 
-  You agree you are participating voluntarily, are not entitled to any compensation of any kind for your participation, and waive any claims of any kind arising out of your participation in the Oxygen Live TV / Bad Girls Club Super Fan event.
